Well it has been a while since the website was live on the web and you all must be wondering what has been happening since i was in Cairns. Ile Ola was sold to someone in Sydney and as far as i know she is still under going restoration so I hope one day to see her out on the ocean. I returned to the Sunshine coast and began working and saving to buy another Yacht. Which i did but the restoration of it proved more than my abilities. This boat still remains in a paddock in Yandina and if anyone has thoughts about how it may be used, feel free to enquire about it.

Then not long after Dr. Lavers findings that Henderson Island is the most Plastic polluted Beach on Earth, I was lucky enough to buy our current project Ata Rangi very cheaply. So The Trans Pacific Expedition Against Plastic was born. I am throwing everything i have into this Expedition as i believe whole heartedly, that though the solutions i am proposing may not be perfect. To do nothing is insane. I believe that now we no longer have the luxury of time to procrastinate on tackling these enormous environmental disasters that are looming close.

To achieve these lofty goals will require the help of many, many people in many roles and we are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to take on the tasks ahead of us. Thank you to everyone who has been supportive so far but we have a long way to go before we are on Henderson Island beach cleaning it up.
