Consistent with our charter of connecting community, local newspapers and community groups are to be encouraged to assist in this liaison as well as interfacing with the wider mass media.

 

Additionally at each waypoint the crew will liaise with local community groups to conduct pro active events on either local issues or dovetail one of the Charter a Cause programs to local concerns such as a clean up the shoreline day as part of the ongoing Industrialisation and the Problem of Plastic campaign. 

 

This multi layered approach to broad problems will ensure a wider circulation of the issues and questions we wish to draw attention to.
